Sany Heavy Industry India Private Limited(SANY India), a construction and mining equipment manufacturer, launched the SKT105E, India’s first locally manufactured fully electric opencast mining truck.

• The SKT105E is intended to withstand the harsh conditions of open-cast mining operations.
• The truck has a unique electric propulsion system that ensures zero emissions and optimal performance while lowering the carbon footprint. This revolutionary design makes the truck an eco-friendly vehicle.
• The cost-effective and energy-efficient truck has a payload capacity of ~70 tons.
